balanced experience
great variety savoury options air con no compensation
the breakfast was really fantastic. it had a great variety of things like granola, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruits. savoury options included serrano ham, regular ham, salami, salmon, and chorizo!!! there were so many different bread types, juices, and coffee.
the air con wasn't working at all. no compensation was offered to me because of that. also, no extra drinking water was provided .

faulty air conditioning small window
the breakfast offered a wide choice to the guests.
the air conditioning did not function properly in the room. no remedy or discount was available to compensate for this problem. the window in the corner room was also notably small.

The hotel has a central location. It is a short walk to the city center (this made exploring very easy). The pool area offered shaded sections. I found this beneficial. The breakfast choices were excellent. It offered a good selection.

great variety comfy bed shaded area
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! they had a million different bread types and fresh fruits. i especially loved the comfy beds. the pool area had lots of shaded areas too. It was easy to get to local bars and restaurants from there.
a road was being dug up outside for most of my stay. this was a little annoying when i wanted to relax on the terrace.

some issues
cockroach issue unprofessional staff
my stay had some problems. cockroaches looked in the room one night. the staff offered no real solution and acted like it was normal. also, i asked for more cockroach spray after using the one provided. the receptionist told me i should buy it myself at the supermarket and get reimbursed. i found this quite inappropriate. it felt wrong for a guest to handle the hotel's hygiene issues. i dont think it was very professional from them.

great location NEAR everything
great variety fresh fruits savoury options
the BREAKFAST had a great variety. There was granola, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruits. i saw savoury options also, like serrano ham, salami, and chorizo. Juices and coffee completed it.
the receptionist on arrival lacked good CUSTOMER service. she was unfriendly at times. all other receptionist staff were friendly though.
