the breakfast was really fantastic. it had a great variety of things like granola, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruits. savoury options included serrano ham, regular ham, salami, salmon, and chorizo!!! there were so many different bread types, juices, and coffee.
the air con wasn't working at all. no compensation was offered to me because of that. also, no extra drinking water was provided .

The breakfast choice was fabulous. It was available from 7.30am till 11.30. the hotel provided umbrellas to loan when it rained. the staff were helpful and friendly. This made everything so much easier.
the older receptionist lacked good customer service and seemed unfriendly at times. the rooms did not have balconies, disappointing. there was no bar area or easy access to drinks in the evenings.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! they had a million different bread types and fresh fruits. i especially loved the comfy beds. the pool area had lots of shaded areas too. It was easy to get to local bars and restaurants from there.
a road was being dug up outside for most of my stay. this was a little annoying when i wanted to relax on the terrace.

some issues
cockroach issueunprofessional staff
my stay had some problems. cockroaches looked in the room one night. the staff offered no real solution and acted like it was normal. also, i asked for more cockroach spray after using the one provided. the receptionist told me i should buy it myself at the supermarket and get reimbursed. i found this quite inappropriate. it felt wrong for a guest to handle the hotel's hygiene issues. i dont think it was very professional from them.

the BREAKFAST had a great variety. There was granola, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruits. i saw savoury options also, like serrano ham, salami, and chorizo. Juices and coffee completed it.
the receptionist on arrival lacked good CUSTOMER service. she was unfriendly at times. all other receptionist staff were friendly though.
