Dining at M
Le M Restaurant, designed by Chef Edouard Loubet, offers seasonal French and local dishes. The hotel is a spot for afternoon tea, serving French desserts and hot chocolate. Bistrot du M offers regional flavors in a "chic and mountain" spirit. Loubet has curated a menu of French favorites like tarte tatin and crème brûlée. Guests can choose a fondue with bread, vegetables, and fruits at Les Grands Crus de Fondues. Dr Olivier Courtin-Clarins and Chef Edouard Loubet created a wellness menu with 5 courses for each season. The Bar du M offers cocktails and exceptional products.
