The rooms in the main school building feature original chalkboards and cloakrooms. All overnight guests receive complimentary use of the soaking pool and admission to the movie theater. Dining and Gathering
Guests can gather for McMenamins ales, wines and spirits, a round of pool, music from a jukebox, games of shuffleboard and a menu that includes pizza, calzones, panini sandwiches and more. The Theater Bar serves handcrafted ales, wines, and spirits along with pub fare, delivered during movie showings. The Detention Bar features the Shed specialty menus exclusively for Whiskey Club members. The Cypress Room expands outdoors under a patio of woven branches. Visitors can have a bite to eat in the old cafeteria, pairing traditional lunch-tray offerings with handcrafted ales brewed onsite. A huge, multi-level bar hides behind an unassuming hallway door.

The heated saltwater pool is located in a private outdoor courtyard surrounded by gardens. The pool utilizes salt cells that convert low levels of salt to chlorine. The movie theater offers a quality entertainment experience. Two types of headphones are available: hearing impaired headphones amplify the dialogue, and visual impaired headphones describe the scenery and action. The auditorium features murals representing the history of Kennedy School and its neighborhood. Ample space allows up to 300 fans of the silver screen to take in a flick.

McMenamins Kennedy School is 8 km from East Morrison Street and 10 km from Portland International Airport.
