The Crystal Hotel offers 51 guestrooms, each drawing inspiration from songs and performances of the Crystal Ballroom's past 100 years. Rooms include towels, iPod dock alarm clocks, telephones, individually controlled air-conditioning, and mason jars. There are 9 king suites with bathrooms, 39 queen rooms, and 3 double twin rooms with access to shared bathrooms. Each room features artwork based on songs performed at the Crystal Ballroom. All overnight guests receive complimentary use of the subterranean, saltwater soaking pool.

Hal's Café, located in Crystal Hotel, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features dishes ranging from fried chicken to brioche french toast.
