Dining Options
Start the day with a Free, Full-Hot-Breakfast with Eggs & Omelets Cooked-To-Order. A hot breakfast features an Eggs Cooked-to-Order Station, as well as an array of Hot and Cold Breakfast Selections. The lobby bar offers cocktails, beer, wine, pizza, and wings. The fireplace in the Lobby Bar makes it a great place to rehash the round and get ready for the next one. Friday & Saturday hours are 3pm to 10pm.
Leisure and Activities
The Links at Sierra Blanca Golf Course are located right outside of the MCM Eleganté Lodge & Resort. Practice at the 40,000 square foot driving range tee and the 18,000 square foot putting green. The Links at Sierra Blanca Golf Course combines Scottish style golf and traditional mountain golf on a par 72 championship layout. Disc Golf with Pro Lesson includes disc rental and the option of a professional disc golf lesson. Pillow's Funtrackers features Go-Kart Tracks, an 18-hole Miniature Golf course, an arcade, Bumper Boats, a Mountain Maze and Panning for Gemstones. Other area activities include OHV adventure tours through the Lincoln National Forest and a three-part zip tour. Additional activities include cycling and disc golf.
