The McCloud Hotel offers a variety of rooms including suites, garden-view rooms, and west-facing rooms. Suites have whirlpool tubs, separate showers, and sitting areas. The Copper Suite features a two-person copper soaking tub. The Family Suite provides two queen beds and a jetted tub. Some rooms include mission-style pillow-top king beds, twin day beds, and trundle twin beds. All rooms have a private bathroom, and select rooms provide views of Mt. Shasta. Amenities provided are free toiletries, a tea and coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi.
Onsite Dining Options
The McCloud Hotel has two restaurants, the Sage Restaurant and the Axe & Rose Public House. The Sage Restaurant serves California cuisine with seasonal ingredients, grass-fed beef, eco-sustainable fish, and organic vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options. Dishes use vegetables and herbs from the hotel garden. The Axe & Rose Public House offers artisan burgers, flatbreads, steak, and beer-battered fish and chips, along with a signature grilled cheese served with house-made blackberry jalapeno jam. The hotel offers a hot breakfast buffet or tray service.
Leisure and Recreation
Guests can relax in the garden, front porch, or common areas with books, art, board games, puzzles, and movies. The shared common area includes a library, game room with an antique billiards table, and a TV room. During the winter, the area offers downhill and cross-country skiing. The hotel hosts the annual Mushroom, Music and Wine Fair in May.

The McCloud Hotel is located at 408 Main St in the historic district of McCloud, at the base of Mount Shasta. It's near the McCloud River, its three waterfalls, and the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Redding Municipal Airport is 100 km away. The hotel is situated along the Volcanic Scenic Byway.
