The Piano Bar serves French cuisine and traditional Lebanese dishes made from fresh ingredients. Al-Naher outdoor restaurant features a menu and a Sunday buffet with 140 Lebanese items, including live stations with charcoaled whole grilled lamb, Herisse, kebbe bel jern, Saj, shawarma, and falafel, plus hot plates such as Makadem, fatteh, Fawareg, freekeh, and stuffed wine leaves. Guests can enjoy pizza cooked in an Italian brick oven.
