The staff were very helpful. They checked us in early. The free airport shuttle was convenient. The restaurant had good food, and room service was prompt. I appreciated the quick check-in process.

Super Airport Hotel, It's a Slam Dunk!

My room was really quiet. I slept well because the bed felt super comfortable! Staff members I met were helpful and kind. I appreciated quick access to public transportation near JFK.
The hotel store downstairs had high prices. I would probably walk to the 7-Eleven nearby next time.

the staff was friendly and efficient. i arrived late, and check-in was quick and seamless. the free airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and elliptical machines.
the tv remote was missing from the room, but i didn't bother asking for one.

the free shuttle to jfk ran every 30 minutes and was available 24/7! i found this service useful for getting to my early morning flight. the hotel staff was also great, providing very good service in the club lounge during breakfast. fortune and dante really were really nice too, especially with a custom latte!
the ac and heater was pretty noisy, which did make it hard to sleep soundly! it would cycle on and off with a loud bang. this made it tough to maintain a constant and quiet environment in the room.

I normally do not like buffet food, but the food here was delicious. The options were simple, though each dish tasted authentic and flavorful! the coffee was surprisingly one of the best i have had in a while.
