the free shuttle to jfk ran every 30 minutes and was available 24/7! i found this service useful for getting to my early morning flight. the hotel staff was also great, providing very good service in the club lounge during breakfast. fortune and dante really were very good too, especially with a custom latte!

the ac and heater was pretty noisy, which did make it hard to sleep soundly! it would cycle on and off with a loud bang. this made it tough to maintain a constant and quiet environment in the room.

I normally do not like buffet food, but the food here was delicious. The options were simple, though each dish tasted authentic and flavorful! the coffee was surprisingly one of the best i have had in a while.

the hotel is very quiet, clean, and well-kept and feels very suitable for both business travelers and families travelling through the area! rooms are spacious with all the essentials for a restful visit. free wi-fi is available, and the shuttle services were punctual.
