“This Grade 2 listed Regency building, family-run, stands out in fashionable Kemptown. It's the kind of place where the host remembers why you're in town, and motorcycle parking is available; I appreciate that level of detail. Expect a comfortable, clean room and a home-cooked breakfast before venturing to the nearby Brighton Beach.”

The kettle in the room had a significant limescale buildup , and when I mentioned it , I was asked if it was undrinkable. I found this response quite dismissive. Also , the breakfast portions were noticeably small.
