Hotel Maribel has an onsite restaurant for hotel guests with regional and international menus. The kitchen offers dishes of Trentino, South Tyrol, and Italian cuisine. Breakfast includes local dairy products, fresh fruit, homemade jams, and a buffet with salty and sweet options. Breakfast à la carte is available for an additional charge. The hotel manages Malga Montagnoli Restaurant, accessible via snow cats, for dinners featuring local cuisine and wines.

Hotel Maribel is situated in Campo Carlo Magno, 85 km from Bolzano and a few minutes' drive from Madonna di Campiglio. The hotel is opposite the ski slopes, golf course, cross-country skiing trails, and ski lifts. It is near the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. Ski lifts are less than 100 meters away at Campo Carlo Magno, with access to the ski area. The hotel provides a private shuttle to the Grostè and Fortini cable cars (300 meters away) and to Madonna di Campiglio.
