I found the staff helpful. The valet team was very accommodating when I arrived at the hotel. They provided complimentary sleds for enjoying the snow. This was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially with family.
Valet parking cost forty dollars per night, and it sometimes took longer than expected to retrieve my car.

The front desk offered text updates regarding weather and hotel activities. I got movie night and drink special information. This communication was very useful and kept me informed about the resort amenities, which i appreciate.

The valet team provided complimentary sleds. this allowed my family to enjoy the snow near the hotel. the bell service was also very helpful upon our arrival. i highly recommend asking about these complimentary amenities. They added a lot to our stay.
the room staff had limited english, it made some communications challenging.
