Suites and Premium corner rooms feature private balconies, a feature unique in Northwest Louisiana. Standard room amenities include air conditioning, a wardrobe, heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free toiletries are provided.

The resort offers diverse dining experiences. Jimmy's Seafood & Steak serves fresh seafood and steaks with a river view. Banyan Tree Coffee Bar, next to Paradise Theater, offers quick bites and gourmet coffee. Banyan also features homemade desserts.
