Mandraki Village features 38 rooms and suites across 8 buildings, set in Koukounaries. Ground Floor Junior Suites (25m2) offer direct garden access and accommodate up to 3 guests, with a sofa bed. Junior Suites (33 m2 ) include hydro massage jet showers and can accommodate up to four guests. Family Suites (40 m2 ) are located on the ground floor and feature two bedrooms separated by either a glass or sliding door. All rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and coffee/tea facilities. The Pinewood Villa offers a private 16-meter swimming pool, two suites with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen.

Elia's Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, with an elegant wooden staircase connecting the terrace seating area. Puddings include crème brûlée with black truffle and mushroom ice cream, and carob soufflé with Greek coffee sauce. The White Bar offers a certified Greek breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice, Greek coffee, local breads, homemade jams, and various egg dishes. The hotel features unique breakfast ideas, pancakes, Greek Night BBQ with traditional grilled recipes.

Mandraki Village is 197 m from Koukounaries Beach. Other beaches, like Mandráki and Eliás, are a 25-minute walk. The hotel is 15 km from Skiathos. Bus connections from Athens arrive at Agios Konstantinos or Mantoudi, with ferries to Skiathos. During summer, ferries connect Skiathos with Volos ports, Agios Konstantinos, and Mantoudi.
