wonderful stay
room decorations spacious layout
the hotel surprised my husband and son with awesome room decorations we received an escort to our room upon arrival tami and sheryl teamed up with hskp team reza to do a great job. the room had a spacious layout overlooking the city it was very clean. my son especially enjoyed the bathtub.
there were some maintenance issues the water was pooling in the shower cubicle when i showered the lights were flickering also they partially fixed it late that night.

i found good food and the ambience suited my taste the price point was reasonable the service was excellent, especially from ricky, who was kind and helpful. he recommended the foei grass and the meats both were great.

the hotel is close to gi and plaza indonesia so it is walkable you do not need to be stuck in traffic to get there. i found the location to be very convenient it made exploring the area easier.

the housekeeping team was very detailed we received daily surprises bedroom slippers were provided for my son extra water bottles were available. we also got a cable strap this was a thoughtful touch.
