I was impressed with the valet services upon arrival at the lobby. The hotel boasts a really huge lobby with plenty of seating. The pool area included two water slides a great bonus for some fun.

i really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast included many options and good quality. the buggy service to the parking building was handy, it was appreciated. the executive suite gave me a lot of space. i also found sauna and steam bath facilities near the pool.

i walked about 15 minutes with my luggage as i could not find an accessible MRT station close to the hotel. this made me a bit tire.

anniversary bliss!

we celebrated our anniversary here, and it was special. the room included many movies perfect for both of us. i loved that parking was easily accessible in the covered parking block with a buggy service, a really nice touch after a long day.

I had some minor issues with the bathroom. The water pressure wasn't very strong. it was a bit disappointing considering everything else was so lovely, and i hope they address this soon.

The staff were wonderfully polite and friendly throughout our stay, from the receptionist to the pool staff. i felt welcomed and cared for. Their smiles definitely enhanced our romantic getaway and our anniversary celebration.
