The shower did not work . this was a significant inconvenience. additionally, the room was not serviced one day. I received no fresh towels or coffee and tea refills. i found this lack of attention disappointing

the room was spacious and recently refurbished. i stayed in room 10 which was nice and quiet. the room was serviced everyday, and the staff could not have been more helpful. the bed was very comfortable too.
I had a cold shower, not ideal. I think this needs to be looked at.

The bathroom door would not close. Only 5 screws were in place. There was no hot water initially, and I had to wait for maintenance. The mixer tap in the shower did not work properly. The room door lock was difficult to open from the inside. I found this unacceptable.
