Location and Access
Located on Malcolm Island, the Oceanfront Hotel is the only hotel on the island. The ferry terminal provides an access point for guests arriving via BC Ferries. From the mainland, take the Horseshoe Bay ferry to Nanaimo, followed by a scenic four-hour drive along the North Island Highway to Port McNeill. Malcolm Island is a short 25-minute ferry trip from Port McNeill, with return fare included. The hotel is near Dickson Point, also known as 'graveyard point'. The Sointula Museum is 0.3 km away.
