the free bus to haram ran around the clock (very convenient). the staff were friendly. i found the air conditioning to be very effective. laundry services were available 24 hours a day.

the reception took a long time to confirm my room. i was stranded at reception for two hours. i thought this was the worst part of the stay.

frequent bus helpful staff unreliable wifi missed cleaning

The bus service ran very frequently. It left every 15 minutes!!!! i also found the staff helpful. they were always available when i needed something.

the wifi never worked in my room. i reported this to the reception multiple times, but nothing happened. my room was not cleaned, and i needed new towels.

spacious room consistent shuttle nearby supermarket room cleanliness outdated interior delayed towels

the room was spacious (which was a plus after long days). the shuttle service to the masjid al haram ran consistently. i found pharmacies and a supermarket within walking distance too.

the room cleanliness could have been better. i noticed some outdated interior and some signs of negligence. getting replacement towels took longer than expected.
