The hotel's location proved convenient with its proximity to key attractions. The staff displayed great hospitality. They welcomed me in a friendly way. My room was clean and well-organized.
The heating in the room seemed stuck at 19 degrees. I needed to contact reception multiple times to adjust it. The water pressure was terrible. My partner felt cold after the shower, it was not enjoyable.

The hotel is well-located.
The staff didn't try to. Pajamas disappeared from the bathroom. The fridge did not work. There was no minibar either. Closet space was very limited.
