Additional amenities include heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a patio, garden furniture, a sink, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring. Room options include the "Bakery Building King with Whirlpool" (double room with air conditioning, seating area, and hot tub), the "Carriage House King with Fireplace" (superior room with gas fireplace and pool view, located in the Carriage House Building), the "Carriage House King" (room with a seating area and outside entrance, located in the Carriage House), and the "Garrett Queen" (double room with a bathrobe and cable TV, located on the first floor near the front desk). Note that the "Carriage House King with Fireplace" room cannot accommodate families with children under 14 due to direct access to the pool.
