The Magnolia Hotel & Spa offers rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Superior Rooms range from the second to fifth floors. Deluxe Corner Rooms measure 350 square feet with windows on two walls. Signature Corner Rooms, the hotel's largest at 395 square feet, feature two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. Diamond City Rooms are on the top two floors and include gas fireplaces. Rooms on the seventh floor feature 10 ft ceilings. Most Diamond City Rooms have one king bed. Diamond Harbour Side Rooms, located on the top two floors, include gas fireplaces and partial harbour views. Signature Diamond Rooms offer views of the BC Parliament Buildings and Inner Harbour Causeway area. All rooms feature bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and separate glass showers. Rooms include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV.
Dining at The Courtney
The Courtney Room offers breakfast and dinner, along with craft beer, cocktails, and wine. The cuisine features local and seasonal products. A tasting menu is also available. If you booked directly with the hotel or through your travel agent, continental breakfast is included.
Spa and Fitness
Spa Magnolia has seven treatment rooms and a relaxation lounge. Spa Magnolia uses organic brands such as Endota Spa, Comfort Zone, and Jane Iredale. The fitness centre, located on the 2nd floor, includes an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, a yoga mat, a stationary bike, a universal machine, and kettle bells. It is open to hotel guests. You will need your room key to enter the fitness center.
Location and Access
The Magnolia Hotel & Spa is near the Inner Harbour area, shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The hotel is two blocks from Harbour Air's sea plane terminal. From the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal, follow the Pat Bay Highway into downtown, where it becomes Blanshard Street. To arrive to the hotel from Wharf Street, above the terminals, cross at the pedestrian cross walk which leads to the corner of Courtney Street, and follow until you get to the hotel which is two blocks away.
