Wonderful Downtown Stay!
visible police friendly staff delicious food
The location worked very well! Plenty of restaurants were within walking distance and offered delicious food. I felt secure walking around, as there was a visible police presence. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave fantastic recommendations.
The elevators were a little slow sometimes, though I always made it to my destination.

the room had a comfortable bed. it included a large television with many channels. i found the in-room coffee maker convenient for early mornings.
The elevators were a bit slow. Though never excessively delayed.

Convenient Downtown Stay
central location helpful staff
I appreciated the central location, super central to everything. It allowed me to easily explore the city on foot. The staff were very helpful. The building has a lot of character, and my room offered a great view of the Eye sculpture.
The room seemed like the AC didn't work fully. This made sleeping uncomfortable during the night. Rest was important as I had a lot of activities planned during the weekend.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I observed quick responses to requests and clear communication at the front desk, and the valet service was fast and efficient with luggage assistance and vehicle retrieval.

The Queen Suite provided ample space and storage. the AC seemed to have some issues. The blackout curtains worked well. The bed was comfortable, but the room lacked a microwave.

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The valet parking was efficient (very quick service). The staff members were genuinely helpful. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee shop attached to the hotel.
The room's temperature control seemed limited, with the central system affecting individual adjustments.

great location helpful staff historic building
the location was great! the building had a lot of history and interesting details. the staff was helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. the room was large enough to accommodate my stay, and it was comfortable enough for the nights i stayed, though the parking was expensive.
the furniture felt a bit old, and the hotel could use some updating.

the architecture was indeed beautiful. i received a high floor room as requested offering great views. its central location made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
the room thermostat did not seem to adjust correctly
