excellent transfer helpful staff clean room

The hotel organized an excellent airport transfer. The staff was responsive and helpful. Manager Ikram assisted me. The hotel room was clean. The staff provided excellent customer service. They worked according to my needs.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear noises from the corridor.

the hotel has a fantastic location near major attractions like hagia sophia and the blue mosque. it's a short walk to the tram station, which i appreciate. staff members such as ekram were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the hotel also arranged hassle-free airport transfers for us.

the hotel breakfast could offer more variety, it seemed a little basic for my taste.

The hotel's location worked great. I easily walked to main attractions. The room had a good, clean design. The hotel served a nice, varied breakfast each morning.

The street got pretty noisy late at night due to nearby bars and restaurants.

the location is superb, steps away from major attractions like the hagia sophia and blue mosque. the staff was very helpful (especially necati), guiding me to local restaurants. breakfast was delicious with good variety. the room was clean and had an amazing sea view from the balcony.

The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations of other guests, a bit disruptive during the evenings.

The breakfast buffet included sufficient choices. The room had a comfy bed. The air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the helpful staff. They helped me check in early.

The hotel is on a street with restaurants, so it was a little noisy in the late evenings.
