Magna Hotel and Suites provides seven types of accommodations with furnishings sourced from Western Europe and woodwork from East Africa. Almost all suites include shower cubicles and bathtubs with solar-heated water. Rooms feature proximity card access, luggage storage, wardrobes, and room safes. Options include Magna Residential Suites with king-size beds, lounges, dining tables, and balconies. Garden Suites offer full-height sliding doors into walk-through gardens with king or twin beds. Signature Residentials have glass-partitioned balconies. Atrium Residential Rooms offer views of the atrium and exterior garden with king-size beds. Deluxe Rooms include armchairs, desks, and waterfall showers; some are special needs accessible. Junior Suites feature African prints, and waterfall showers. Superior Suites provide views over Nairobi's residential area, sitting areas, and en-suite bathrooms. All rooms include WiFi, satellite TV, king-size beds, and safety lockers; some include balconies, terraces, and adjoining rooms. Additional amenities include bathrobes, slippers, reading desks, air-conditioning, coffee/tea facilities, drinking water, hairdryers, digital telephones, and daily housekeeping.

Dining and Lounging

Magna Hotel and Suites offers several dining options. Guests can enjoy breakfast, refined continental dining, banqueting, and afternoon tea. The Diplomat, an intimate bar, features decor reminiscent of a private club and an extensive menu including cognacs, malt whiskies, sherries, champagnes, beers, and wines. The cuisine uses ingredients accompanied by an international wine cellar. Mawingu Roof Top Bar is located by the pool.

Rejuvenation and Fitness

Magna Hotel and Suites features a spa offering rejuvenation treatments. Guests can access a fitness center located on the rooftop terrace, equipped with a range of equipment, showers, and changing rooms, open from 6 AM to 7 PM. The hotel includes an eight-meter plunge pool, open from 6 AM to 7 PM.
