I found staff helpful. the rooms had big size. wifi was speedy. i requested a kettle. I had to arrange tea and milk myself. the bus stop was just outside. Bus 33 took me to downtown.
i noticed the pool grout was black.

I found the location to be very convenient, especially with free parking available outside. The junior suite worked great for my family. The bus stop located directly outside the hotel made getting into the city center easy. I found the front desk staff very helpful with providing prompt cab service.
I noticed the breakfast food options were not as high in quality as other hotels I stayed at in the region. There also weren't coffee making facilities in the room.

The bus stop is right outside the hotel. This made getting into the city center very easy. The breakfast selection had many options available. The staff were very helpful in guiding me with bus routes and destinations. I really enjoyed the lovely swimming pool.
The hotel is on a busy road. Sound isolation is not great.

The room was clean and modern. It included a tv. The bed provided peace and quiet. I had no problems with noise from other guests or outside. The air conditioning worked well.

The main restaurant provides beer and wine. I found two additional restaurants offering Spanish and Italian options. The food was very good. There was plenty of it. Gluten-free options were available at breakfast.

The front desk staff, including Daniella and Pablo, were warm and cute. They were also very helpful. The hotel offers secure underground car parking. The receptionists were very well prepared to answer questions.
