Rooms and Suites
Lotus Villa, set along a quiet street in the heart of a UNESCO peninsula, offers 17 individually crafted rooms and suites. The double room features 2 balconies, one overlooking the tropical garden and another overlooking the street where guests can observe locals offering alms to monks each morning. Rooms feature air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. Each private bathroom provides hot water and environmentally friendly toiletries such as organic soap and paraben-free shampoo. Some rooms offer views of the tropical courtyard garden. Double rooms are approximately 19-sqm with a 5-sqm private balcony. Located on the ground and first floors, the double rooms open up to the garden courtyard. The suites include a private balcony where guests can witness locals offering alms to the monk in the early morning. Amenities include a refrigerator with a complimentary minibar, a daybed and hot drinks facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a separate shower, a hairdryer as well as organic toiletries. These rooms are inspired by traditional Lao houses during the colonial period with the private bathroom comes with a shower and organic toiletries produced from local flowers and herbs. Guests will find a safety deposit box and a refrigerator. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed for a 3rd person.
Breakfast Onsite
Breakfast is served a la carte from a small menu in the courtyard. Cooked-to-order breakfast is served in the garden until 11:30 a.m.
Things to Do
Guests can tour the Mekong river on a long-tail boat or have a swim in the blue pools of Kuang Si Falls. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Xieng Thong Temple and an 8-minute walk to the night market. Guests can also buy fresh local goods at the morning market from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Additionally, guests can observe the almsgiving ritual of the monks every sunrise as their procession passes by Lotus Villa.
