Rooms: Comfort and Style
Los Poblanos offers rooms in three distinct styles: Meem, Farm, and Field. Meem Rooms & Suites, located in the historic hacienda, feature 1930s revival tin light fixtures, hand-carved beams, ironwork, hardwood floors, and fireplaces. Farm Rooms, inspired by 1930s dairy buildings, include wood-burning fireplaces and views of gardens and the lotus pond; some have private patios. Field Suites provide views of lavender fields and the Sandia Mountains, with high pitched ceilings and wood floors; Family Suites include full kitchens and bunk rooms.
On-site Dining
Campo, located on the organic farm, features a field-to-fork menu with Rio Grande Valley cuisine, sourcing ingredients from the on-site farm and local providers. The menu incorporates lavender, and also features organic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from the Darland family. Bar Campo offers a range of beverages, and private dining options are available. For groups of 12 to 20, the Cellar Room can be reserved.

Guests can engage in various activities, including cruiser bicycle rides, fitness room access, and outdoor games like bocce and cornhole. Wellness classes are available in the Wellness Yurt.
