Deluxe rooms are larger and include a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Superior Rooms have been renovated in a modern style. Family Rooms are available for up to five guests. Restaurant Lo Spedalicchio features local specialities including homemade pasta and biscuits. The restaurant has been open since 1982. Chefs use ingredients including homemade pasta with Senatore Cappelli flour and sourdough bread. The half-board menu includes 3 courses chosen from the menu: welcome appetizer, first course, and a second course. Dishes include Bruschette Umbre, Risotto al radicchio e tartufo, Taglierini ai porcini e pendolini, Filetto di manzo al pecorino e tartufo, and Semifreddo allamaretto con coulise di fragole. The main dining room, Sala Eugeni, seats 80. The Priori Hall seats 70. Hours are 12:30 to 14:30 and 20:00 to 22:00.

Lo Spedalicchio includes a detached multi-purpose exhibition space with two entrances that accommodates up to 80 people. The space has climate control, a sound system, flip charts, and a white projection screen. Video projectors and personal computers are available for rent.
