Other dining options in Boquete include pizza and seafood. More than 20 eateries serving Peruvian, Panamanian, Italian, American, and Spanish food are in downtown Boquete.

On-site activities include a pool with a cascading waterfall and jetted whirlpool, gardens, and billiards. A fitness center is available. The Tranquility Body & Soul Spa offers massage treatments. Tours include the Los Establos Plantation & Coffee Mill, a bee tour, and ziplining. Additional tours are white-water rafting on the Chiriquí Viejo River, Caldera Hot Springs, and Lost Waterfalls Hike. Excursions to Boca Chica Island and Volcán Barú are available for a surcharge. A pickleball court with Volcán Barú views is provided.
Location and Transportation
Los Establos Boutique Resort is in Boquete, Chiriqui province, on Panama's west coast, 45 minutes from David Enrique Malek International Airport. The resort is 50 km from Enrique Malek International. Transportation from Panama Tocumen International Airport (PTY) requires a connecting flight to David Enrique Malek International Airport (DAV) and a 45-minute taxi drive to the resort (US $25 per person). Landmarks nearby include Cascada Escondida (3 km), El Explorador Gardens (1 km), and Cascada San Ramon (3 km).
