cold roomwet carpet
my room was quite cold. the wet carpet i think didn't help here. i also expect a bit more from a beautiful room. it really felt pretty standard, wet carpet made it hard to walk around and the smell was apparent.

The hotel location provides easy access to the beach. It is just across the street. free parking is available which adds convenience. i found the restaurant and bar offered excellent food and drink options. the spacious room included a good balcony with ocean views. I enjoyed that.
the bathroom floor was not as clean as i expected.

underwhelming stay
poor serviceunironed shirt
The service was not great. a woman in an unironed shirt seated us and didn't explain how to order. It was confusing. i booked this for a surprise, but the poor service upset my partner. we waited over an hour for our food. then they asked us to leave because i complained. They even said they would refund 0.00 when it cost 70.00. i was so frustrated. It was such a letdown.

I had a nice and neat room. Parking was available right on site. The location was very convenient near restaurants, cafes and shops in the town centre. I was able to have a meal at the Totti's restaurant nearby. I could also walk to the beach easily.

The hotel provided complimentary drink vouchers upon arrival. The location is excellent for walking to the beach and the main road (I saved on taxi fares!). On-site parking was available, very convenient. The room had a lovely view of the beach.
The bedroom decor looked quite dreary and brown. The carpet seemed old (it possibly needs replacing). The windows were not clean. I could hear conversations and cars passing by.

a seaside escape!

I appreciated the hotel's great location near the beach, shops, and cafes. It really made exploring effortless. the deck bar became our favorite spot for evening drinks and bites, with a fantastic terrace dining area that offered calming views of the ocean. the hotel's central location allowed easy access to the surrounding attractions, something i found invaluable.
the blinds in the room were quite basic, and i noticed they let light filter through, particularly from under the door due to the gap. this could be improved with thicker or blackout blinds to ensure a darker room for a peaceful sleep. i thought that this minor adjustment could greatly enhance the overall comfort and experience of the stay.
