the absence of a minibar in the room was a slight inconvenience and the room service options felt limited.

excellent service

alejandro, brice, and beilula provided excellent service during the day. they assisted with spa bookings and restaurant recommendations. i later recovered some jewelry i had left behind.

the room did not include a bathtub, but only a shower.

This hotel rooms are super! I got a Beautiful Room with a balcony. Breakfast was really good with many options. Hotel is near to major attractions. It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

No minibar in the room, and the room service menu had a very limited selection.

The breakfast was superb with a great selection of european options like bread, cheese, pastries, and yogurt. I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with directions and suggestions. The honesty bar provided tea, coffee, cakes, fruits, and a wide choice of alcohol all day long. I felt very welcome and cared for.

There was no minibar available in my room. I found the selection for room service very limited. It would have been useful to have more options for snacks and drinks without leaving the room.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to the arc de triomphe and the Eiffel tower. Metro stations are also located nearby for traveling longer distances, so access to attractions is easy. There are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area, starting just across the street.

The room provided everything i needed for my stay, for example there was a coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

The breakfast included bread, lox, cheese, pastries, fruit, yogurt and juice. The coffee provided was excellent. I always started my day with a cup. There were complimentary cakes available, it was a lovely touch.

The staff were super friendly and willing to help.

There was no minibar in the room, I found that disappointing. The room was also quite small for the price I paid. The TV kept losing connection on a national channel.
