solid stay at a classic place
professional staff great location speedy valet generous pillows
the hotel staff acted professionally at all times. i found the location to be great for accessing nearby attractions. i also appreciated the valet service, which operated with excellent speed. the hotel offered two double beds and a generous supply of eight pillows.

the front desk staff are always available for assistance, and the valet service runs efficiently. Restaurant 41 provides a reliable dining experience for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the service staff handles requests with a professional attitude.

my room included a comfortable queen bed and provided adequate space. the bathroom featured standard fixtures and offered essential amenities like towels and soap. the air conditioning system worked sufficiently to maintain a moderate temperature.

the hotel is near the parliament building, i could walk there in just two minutes. the hotel's location allows for convenient access to nearby attractions. Elgin street's shops are also very accessible from here.

convenient location friendly staff car noise valet parking
The location was very convenient. It was close to many attractions. The staff was very friendly. They were efficient too.
My room faced the street and it was not well insulated. I heard incessant car noise all night. The valet parking was not great. It took 45 minutes to get our car.

fresh milk clean room wonderful service
i had supper at the restaurant. the service was wonderful. i was also offered fresh milk for coffee in the room. the room was clean upon arrival.
the gym was somewhat small. this made finding available equipment at peak times a challenge.

the hotel is situated near several landmarks. parliament hill is less than a 5-minute walk. this provides convenient access to government buildings and historical sites. multiple restaurants are located nearby.
