wonderful city view and handy place
helpful staff airport transport fabulous decor
i appreciate the staff, they were very helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport. they checked with us by phone after we landed to be sure we knew where to find our transport. the service was excellent and the apartment was super. the decor was fabulous, a wonderful place for lodging.
the room felt smaller than the pictures showed. also, rooms had issues with plumbing and hot water. basic amenities like toilet roll was seldom replaced.

the rooms were spacious and practically furnished. the rooms were also clean and the decor was fabulous. the room i stayed in had a sea view.

breakfast included good variety. it was generous with a good variety of choices. the large terrace with a beautiful view of the bosphorus is available for enjoying the breakfast.

the hotel is close to taqsim and biskitas. a metro line is only 5 minutes away. the hotel is kinda located on a street where there is no car traffic, which makes it very quiet.

the staff helped carry luggage, so that was acceptable.
The pictures did not resemble the space advertised. There was no rooftop restaurant. i booked a garden view, but that was untrue. the smell of cat urine was strong.

attentive staff daily cleaning
the staff was attentive and helpful, addressing all our needs promptly. this boutique hotel is wonderfully situated close to central attractions. the view from the room was fine, particularly the bosphorus bridge. the room was impeccably clean, with daily cleaning service available.

the breakfast offered a generous variety of choices to suit different tastes. i found the selection to be of good quality, with fresh ingredients. the food was AMAZING!!!

the location is authentic and very close to dolmabahçe palace. taksim square and the galata tower are also within easy reach. it is easy to explore many of the city's main attractions.

many steps limited english
the stairs to reach the place were a pain i didn't expect that many steps. breakfast was really basic it lacked options. the staff's english was limited it made communication difficult sometimes. the room had a view of another building not a garden i felt misled by the description.

a loving stay in a amazing place
strategic position natural light clean rooms sunny terrace
i was happy, the hotel had a strategic position near taksim square. tram 1 is only a two minute walk from the door. the rooms were full of natural light and very clean. the breakfast on the sunny terrace was a treat.
the room was SMALLER than i imagined from the photos. it was manageable, but something to note.

The room featured a beautiful sea view from the window. It included a queen-sized bed with soft linens. The decor was tasteful, with a blend of modern and traditional elements. Truly, everything was SO romantic.
