Excellent Hotel Experience

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and really good dinner. The adult-only swimming pool offered a peaceful, luxurious experience with river views. The architecture and location created a special ambiance. The staff was lovely and very helpful, I appreciate that so much.

The lighting in my room could have been better. There were no bedside power points. The bathroom seemed a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment. I hope this can be updated soon.

The hotel is situated in the middle of the jungle. This setting provides a very relaxing environment. The hotel is also not within walking distance of other businesses, requiring a taxi for trips into town.

Staff members were generally very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and professional. Arnaldo, the waiter, was very kind to my family, and Chef Giovani prepared a delicious Argentinian dessert.

The family room was spacious with a large compartment bathroom, separate bathtub, shower, and toilet.

The hotel looked poorly maintained. The elevator in our building did not work. Air conditioning in our room did not work, and locks on the back doors were faulty. Hot water was insufficient at check-in, and the TV also did not function..
