great artwork unbeatable access
I especially liked the great artwork that decorated the hallways. the location provided unbeatable access to the falls. It felt so special and intimate.

Balanced stay with some drawbacks

The location inside the national park granted exclusive access to the falls outside regular hours. This allowed us to experience the sunrise without large crowds. The hotel grounds were well maintained and visually appealing.
Attention to detail was lacking . I requested an iron twice but it never arrived. Housekeeping replaced four water bottles with only one on multiple occasions.

bland food cockroach appearance
the location is amazing, granting exclusive access to the falls before other tourists arrive.
i was disappointed by the poor service at the restaurant. the food tasted bland and sometimes arrived cold. i also found a large cockroach in my room .

Great Place Near The Falls
friendly check extensive breakfast garden view room
the check in was friendly. i stayed in a beautiful garden view room with an extra bed. it was a smaller room for three people. the extensive breakfast made up for the room size. i walked across the street to parque das aves and loved it.
i was disappointed with the massage i had. the therapist used too much pressure. i had bruises the next day.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they assisted with transport. the staff provided blankets on the patio bar. the staff also gave me a complimentary late check out for my flight.

Romantic Getaway by the Falls

The staff seemed genuinely pleased to welcome us. I will always remember the Saira bird cocktail at the bar. Our room had very soft pillows and a serene atmosphere. The views from the hotel were amazing.
The hotel van service should be improved. Only one van goes to the park entrance every 25 minutes. If you miss it, you have to wait adding to the travel time to the park entrance.

The hotel is located inside the National Park Iguazu, this enables 24-hour access to the falls. You can see both sunrise and sunset easily. It is very convenient to walk to the falls.

The hotel has a nice pool, it includes a unique deep area in the middle. The gym is available to all guests, it features modern equipment. Access to the falls does not require tickets to the National Park.

Really good Iguazu Experience

The hotel location allows exclusive access to the falls outside park hours. That access is special. Breakfast includes buffet with excellent variety. The hotel provides comfortable rooms, those rooms are clean, and feature luxurious amenities. I also noticed good service at the hotel.
The bar played loud pop music. It felt geared toward staff and it distracted from the guest experience.
