Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel features 556 rooms and 60 suites. Rooms provide signature amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffeemaker, and Julien Farel shampoo, conditioner, skin and body-care products. Each spa-inspired room offers a 42-inch flat-screen TV with premium cable channels and an oversized work desk with an ergonomic leather chair. The marble bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, hairdryer, magnifying make-up mirror and Comfort Zone skin and body care products. Some rooms have views of the surrounding Rosemont area. Accessible rooms are available with roll-in showers and visual alarm systems.

Onsite dining includes The Ashburn, an American Gastropub inspired by Chicago's first airport, Ashburn Flying Field. It offers unique twists and modern interpretations of classic American cuisine. The Ashburn serves lunch and dinner, with bar service available.
