Wonderful stay

handy location clean room

Location proved convenient with nearby shopping and dining options. The subway station was only five minutes away, very handy for getting around. Room amenities felt complete and thoughtful. I appreciated the level of detail. The room was especially clean, this.

The pillows were too soft and lacked shape. It made sleeping uncomfortable, I asked for firmer options.

The room felt good. A large shower offered great water pressure, and its size stood out. Cleanliness was noticeable, this gave a positive start. The service was very good, all staff were very nice and helpful.

decent room strong water pressure perfect air conditioning tall wardrobe room size smoke smell

my beautiful room had a decent size. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the shower had strong water pressure (i liked it!).

the room was quite basic. the wardrobe seemed a tad tall to me. i could occasionally smell smoke coming through the vents (it was bearable though).

faulty phone broken ice machine

The location was fine. It was easy to get to different places from there.

I was not happy the phone in the room did not work. I wanted to call reception but couldn't. the ice machine was out of order during my entire stay. It was frustrating because I specifically wanted a cold drink, and this was not possible.
