the staff were friendly and customer service focused. i phoned to let them know i would check in late, and the chap i spoke with was very helpful! the lady at reception said they could arrange food. the room was basic but clean and warm, and breakfast was good.

The bar was advertised in the images, though it was not available. I asked about it, and was told drinks were only served at dinner. The general atmosphere felt absent. I encountered no other guests. I did not stay, deciding to find other accommodations despite having prepaid. It seemed that bad. It now seems like a fairy tale.
