Lively Beach offers studio efficiency units with efficiency kitchens including a small refrigerator, microwave, and granite counters. Studio units provide full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, along with king beds, desk work areas, loveseats, and high-definition televisions. One-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums include a master bedroom with a king bed. One-bedroom, two-bathroom units with decks feature second or third-floor decks. One-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums with dens and patios accommodate up to six guests and include full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Two-bedroom, three-bathroom condominiums offer gulf views, relaxing decks, king beds in the master and second bedrooms, and a king fold-out sofa in the living area. Select units also feature a loft with twin bunk beds, captain bunk beds, and a seating area with a large HDTV.
Beach and Activities
Lively Beach provides private beach access via a boardwalk, leading to surfing, kite boarding, and fishing spots. A network of walking and biking trails and a restored six-acre bird estuary are available. Guests can relax at the Beach Club, which includes BBQ grills and shaded dining areas. The property is near North Packery Channel Jetty (1 km), Malaquite Beach (2 km), and Padre Island National Seashore (2 km). Lively Beach is near one of the areas best surf breaks just a short distance towards the jetty.

Lively Beach features a pool with an island and submerged seats. There are rooftop decks at Surfrider and Mavericks, which offer 360-degree views. Exterior lighting highlights the resort's architecture. A six acre bird estuary was restored during the development process.
