the location was okay, it was central to places i wanted to see.
The room i got wasn't like the photos advertised (that's annoying). the couch was old and dirty. i could hear everything from the women next door. It definitely wasn't soundproofed as they said.

the room was spacious and clean. staff was polite and accommodating, especially as i arrived early. i found several shops nearby, a bonus. i also had an easy access to the metro station parque.
The hotel parking has limited spots. I ended up using a nearby paid parking lot. it was a bit inconvenient to pay before exiting, as the process wasn't clear initially.

the personnel at reception are nice. they prepared a lunch box for me since i checked out early before breakfast, it was very kind. i did feel very welcome.
