really good view maintained facilities great beach amazing food

my room had an really good view , as i paid a bit more for a sea view. the beach was great , clean , tidy , and well maintained , perfect for beach dwellers like me. the food was amazing , especially at the pelagos restaurant .

the staff was always kind , professional , and polite , which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. themis at reception and george and konstantina at the main bar stood out for their help and amazing cocktails. a moscow mule cocktail is highly recommended at the bar.

the room had an acceptable balcony with a view.

the hot food at both breakfast and dinner was consistently lukewarm or even cold , a major letdown for a supposed 5-star hotel. drinks were expensive. massage i booked proved to be overpriced and poor in quality, with rushed movements and a lack of personalized attention.

really good cleanliness amazing food friendly staff

This hotel seemed like a dream. the communal areas presented immaculate cleanliness. the food offered an amazing experience. Everything was always well prepared. the location felt fantastic, with a lovely beach nearby. i was grateful for the friendly, helpful staff.

i noticed that some areas looked to need updates, considering it is a 5-star hotel. i think a few enhancements could elevate the overall experience. small issues such as these can affect the perception of luxury. it felt slightly short of my expectations.

my room had daily housekeeping with fresh towels. a coffee machine was also available. i liked the wardrobe space because it was ample and i could hang dresses easily.

fresh juice professional staff great experience

The breakfast offered many choices. I enjoyed fresh juice every morning. The hotel was very clean. The staff was good. I especially appreciate that everyone was professional. I booked a Beautiful Pool Front Sea View. My pool was perfect for a cool down. I enjoyed the views from it. I arranged a car through Reception. Exploring other parts of the island was a great experience. Konstantina and George made wonderful recommendations at the Vergina Lounge Bar. I relaxed every evening there. The drinks were AMAZING!!!
