super location, friendly staff

the location is near lindos town. the staff are very friendly and accommodating people. breakfast had a great variety. the hotel bar offers varied alcohol. the hotel provides almost everything if you prefer staying at the resort.
cleanliness in the hotel seemed not as good this time. i repeatedly asked reception for toilet paper and clean towels. there was a dirty stained pillow slip for days without being changed. hand sanitizer dispensers around the hotel were empty.

the breakfast buffet included a good choice of items. hot food was more warm than hot. the breakfast was catered to english guests with a greek touch.

there is a family pool and an adults-only pool. both pools include enough loungers. there is also a downstairs area to store luggage if your flight is after checkout, this is a plus.

all the staff were friendly and helpful. the general areas and rooms are spotlessly clean, including the pools. service at the pool bar and restaurant was friendly. the cleaning lady was fantastic and the room was cleaned every day.

the location offered views of the sea and the surrounding hills. (the view was indeed amazing)
the room allocated was disappointing, it was on the ground floor and lacked privacy on the balcony. a large crack was visible in the bottom glass panels of the patio door and my clothes took days to dry.

I found the staff helpful, especially denis at the restaurant. He made sure EVERYTHING was perfect. The location was convenient. It was close to the main areas, so getting around WAS easy. The food had a wide variety of options. Breakfast catered to everyone, AND dinner was equally excellent.
the air conditioning in the room was a LITTLE noisy at night.

The pools were nice. They provided some relaxation .
The room I was assigned was a ground floor unit. This significantly detracted from the experience because it lacked privacy and natural light. The patio door had a large crack. The area remained dark for most of the day, hindering relaxation.
