Lighthouse Inn offers multiple room types. Family Suites feature two bedrooms with two queen beds and one twin bed, connected by a bathroom with a shower/tub. These suites include a French door balcony. The King Family Suite has two king beds, a sofa with a pull-out bed, a dining table, a recliner, a desk, and a TV/DVD/VCR combo. It also includes an over-sized balcony with Siuslaw River views and a private stairway with parking. A playroom is available. Queen Rooms have a ground-floor location with a balcony overlooking the parking lot and garden. King + Twin rooms, located upstairs, include a daybed that converts to a twin bed. Two Queens rooms, located on the ground floor, have interior and exterior entrances and parking for a truck with a trailer. Design King rooms, located on the backside of the property, include a sitting area and a coffee table; some have a sofa with a pull-out bed and private entrance parking. Standard King rooms are located on the ground floor and upstairs, with designed theme options. Select rooms include a desk, microwave, small refrigerator, and large table. All rooms provide free toiletries, a wardrobe, carpeted or parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area.
