Fantastic Stay

I find a convenient water dispenser on each floor, a great idea. The breakfast offers many choices and tastes so yummy. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any question or request. I enjoyed the quiet room I get, because it faces the inner court.

My checkout took over fifteen minutes, someone had to check my room. They wanted to verify all was OK before I could leave. I think that is unnecessarily and a bit inconvenient.

The hotel location is really good, and many convenience stores are nearby. It is two blocks from Parque Kennedy, and easy to get around. I like how central it is.

My room is big and have air conditioning, a smart TV for streaming. Hot water is always available in the shower. The beds felt comfortable and its was clean, I could sleep well.

The people working at reception are nice and always smile. When I needed something, the staff helped me right away. They offered to prepare my breakfast to go when my flight left early.

Adequate stay. Some issues present

slow checkoutdamaged towel

I found a couple of things not ideal. The checkout took more than fifteen minutes because a staff member needed to inspect the room. They tried to charge me for a slightly damaged towel. It had a small mark. It was an UNNECESSARY delay and felt a bit insulting.

My king room non-smoking had two separate sinks. The room included a rainfall shower, i found that useful. The gym featured three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes.

the breakfast area was sometimes a bit crowded, i noticed.
