Junior Suites (40m²) have oak flooring, a free-standing bathtub, and hand-made furniture; some offer roof windows. The Rooftop Suite (75m²) features exposed wooden beams, a living and dining area, a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower, two toilets, a library, and air-conditioning. Rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi and minibar (excluding alcoholic beverages).

The hotel's restaurant, Wasser & Brot, is located in the prison's former exercise yard and is led by Lyon-born Chef Jeremy Biasiol. It offers lunch and dinner. The LIBERTY-Breakfast includes mineral water and juices, and is available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (weekends 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). The WHITE & BROWN Bar is open Friday and Saturday. The exterior terrace overlooks the city park. Private dining is available in the floating dining room for up to 20 people or meetings for up to 25. A wine cellar is available for up to 12 people.
