Dining at Le Strato
The hotel has one Michelin star restaurant, Baumanière 1850, serving traditional Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine. The menu shows its colors, drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean with a mountain touch. At [S]Corner, guests can enjoy a cuisine, combining classic French and Italian dishes with street food influences. There is also a bar with head barman who will be able to advise you of the selection of great vintages and rare wines. The menu includes a cheese selection from Bernard Mure-Ravaud, master cheese-maker in Grenoble. Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Spa and Fitness
The 900m² spa includes a swimming pool, sauna and a fitness centre. Access to the exceptional Spa, with its sleek decor of slate and exotic wood is directly by lift. The different massages, Ayurvedic, Balinese, Lomi-lomi, Californian, also on the menu are adapted to your needs and wishes. The vast heated pool has a Murano glass chandelier suspended above. The fitness room has equipment and gives an exceptional view over the valley.
Location and Access
Le Strato is situated at the foot of the ski slopes in Courchevel 1850, 100 km from Meythet, near the Cospillot slope. Nearby landmarks include Aquamotion Courchevel (3.5 km), Sommet de la Saulire (3.5 km), and Lac de la Rosiere (2 km).
