Village Activities
The hotel is located within the Écomusée d'Alsace, where guests can experience village life, including glassblowers, blacksmiths, and potters. The museum displays over 60 animals, such as horses, donkeys, cows, rabbits, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, geese, and turkeys. There are many events taking place around the village every day, including tractor and boat rides and history lessons at the school. Check out the events and activities taking place all through the weekend. Guests can also venture out on one of 5 trails - the trail of superb scenery, the trail of woodland emotions, the trail of the dry hill, the field trail and the remnants trail. The museum has set up a craft microbrewery, which produces the Écomusée d'Alsace's own eponymous beer. Mechanical elements are from the Gebel sawmill in the Masevaux Valley. Streets feature a band, skittles, tasting sessions, a coconut shy, a fishing game, a merry-go-round, jugglers, street decorations, and lights. The Salle de l'Horloge provides a backdrop for a meeting or group activity.
