Family Features: Daycare for children aged 3/10
Activities: 200 km of skiable pistes and snowpark
Entertainment: Interactive games and themed evenings
“The ski-to-door access and proximity to the Jandri Express cable car really stand out, positioning this hotel for families keen on slope time; I noticed how unlimited wine during dinner can complement regional cuisine, while the game room ensures entertainment beyond the après-ski scene. Evening entertainment is a plus with the lounge bar's transformation to a nightclub, but the mountain view from the balcony may be partially obstructed due to new construction. It's a lively choice for those prioritizing convenience and family-friendly amenities.”

a few issues, but good location
cold food poor quality
The evening meals were quite disappointing. i missed the buffet setup they used to have. Now you order without seeing the food first. it felt rushed, and the food was often cold. i also found the quality of the main meal to be quite poor.

cleaning frequency paid parking
The room cleaning was not daily, annoying. The parking situation was also a hassle. I had to park far from the building and pay extra for it. It would have been nice if the hotel offered free parking to its guests near the lifts instead.
