the staff was friendly enough i will admit

the bathroom consistently had an unpleasant smell it was really off-putting the shower also flooded after a couple of minutes forcing me to use extra towels to soak up the water outside the door

I found the self-service shop very convenient. It was useful when I wanted a quick snack. The hotel's location is excellent with a metro stop nearby, made getting to the city center easy. The cleanliness of the room was also well maintained.

The room heating wasn't perfect. I had trouble adjusting the temperature to my liking.

the breakfast was quite good. there was a wide variety of options available including a live egg-station which was a nice touch. the hotel had a certain grandeur. the rooms were clean with soft bedding and duvets.

the air conditioning in my room was not working. i reported the problem. i was told someone would come to check it but no one arrived. the windows did not open making the room uncomfortable.

the hotel is located near a metro stop across the road (very convenient!). getting to the city took only 10 to 15 minutes. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful to me.

i found the mattress to be much too soft for my liking.

The hotel's location near the metro station proved very convenient. i found it easy to access various parts of the city quickly (it took about 15 minutes). the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and other queries. breakfast had a wide selection. The egg station was a nice touch.

the mattress in my room felt too soft. i prefer a firmer mattress for better support, and this affected my sleep quality.

egg station nature area

the hotel is across the road from a metro stop it took only 10-15 minutes to get to the city center the metros were very regular i found a peaceful nature area close by named natuur tuinpark amstelglorie during a morning walk from the hotel. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful there was plenty of choice for breakfast including an egg station where i could order an omelette.

the air conditioning was not very effective the room felt warm at night.
