I found the self-service shop very convenient. It was useful when I wanted a quick snack. The hotel's location is excellent with a metro stop nearby, made getting to the city center easy. The cleanliness of the room was also well maintained.

The room heating wasn't perfect. I had trouble adjusting the temperature to my liking.

the breakfast was quite good. there was a wide variety of options available including a live egg-station which was a nice touch. the hotel had a certain grandeur. the rooms were clean with soft bedding and duvets.

the air conditioning in my room was not working. i reported the problem. i was told someone would come to check it but no one arrived. the windows did not open making the room uncomfortable.

the hotel is across the road from a metro stop it took only 10-15 minutes to get to the city center the metros were very regular i found a peaceful nature area close by named natuur tuinpark amstelglorie during a morning walk from the hotel. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful there was plenty of choice for breakfast including an egg station where i could order an omelette.

the air conditioning was not very effective the room felt warm at night.
