Really good Hotel Experience

The staff was helpful, especially with the efficient shuttle service to the airport. My room was very clean, and complimentary water was always available, which I found to be a nice touch. I appreciated the comfortable beds. They ensured a restful sleep after my travels.
The connecting door in my room was not soundproof, and I could hear noises from the adjacent room. This was slightly disruptive , and I hope it can be addressed.

The rooms were spacious. They featured a view of the golf course. Breakfast included a huge variety of options. The pool allowed for relaxation.
The location is a bit far from downtown Bangkok. It took almost 40 minutes to get there. The air conditioning in the room did not work too well. I found no coffee in the room.
